  • Minimum net worth of CAD 500,000 (approximately VND 8.5 billion).
  • Must meet security and health background requirements.

Investment Requirements:

  • Invest over CAD 300,000 (approximately VND 5.1 billion) in a business located in the cities of Regina and Saskatoon; or over CAD 200,000 (approximately VND 3.4 billion) if the business is established outside the central areas.
  • The business plan must be feasible and demonstrate economic benefits to the province of Saskatchewan.
  • If investing in Regina and Saskatoon, the business must create/maintain at least 2 jobs for Canadian residents.
  • For areas outside the central regions, the job creation requirement may be more flexible, but the business plan must still clearly show contributions to the community and local economy.

The processing time for Canadian immigration through the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program typically ranges from 12 to 24 months and includes the following stages:
