• Invest over CAD 300,000 (approximately VND 5.1 billion) in a business located in the cities of Regina and Saskatoon; or over CAD 200,000 (approximately VND 3.4 billion) if the business is established outside the central areas.
• The business plan must be feasible and demonstrate economic benefits to the province of Saskatchewan.
• If investing in Regina and Saskatoon, the business must create/maintain at least 2 jobs for Canadian residents.
• For areas outside the central regions, the job creation requirement may be more flexible, but the business plan must still clearly show contributions to the community and local economy.

Processing Time for the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) 

The processing time for Canadian immigration through the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program typically ranges from 12 to 24 months and includes the following stages:

• Consultation and Application Evaluation (1 – 3 months): The advisory team will conduct an evaluation of the application, assist the candidate in finding a suitable job, and prepare for interviews.
• Receiving Job Offer (1 week): After completing the evaluation and interview stages, the candidate will receive a job offer letter.
• Receiving Job Approval (2 months): Once the job offer letter is approved, the candidate will receive the Job Approval certificate.
• Submitting Provincial Endorsement Application (1 – 3 months): The application will be submitted for Endorsement from the provincial authorities.
• Receiving Work Permit (2 – 6 months): After receiving Endorsement approval, the candidate will receive the Work Permit and can sponsor their family to come to Canada.
